These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Expedier's Website, located at www.expedier.co

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Expedier if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services which can include contract or contracts for the exchange, sale and delivery of currency (the “Contracts”) and agree that all Contracts shall be carried out on the terms and conditions set out herein , in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Canada. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Expedier, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Expedier's Privacy Policy.

Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

Cross-Border Financial Solutions

In entering into a Contract, the Client must not treat any information or comments by Expedier as advice and must rely only on its own judgment. Each party agrees to make timely delivery of the currency in accordance with the Contract and as specified in the Verification, define therein below.

The Client is allowed to deliver exchange instructions to Expedier orally by telephone, written instructions, or through Expedier’s chat platforms, relating to a transaction for the exchange or sale and delivery of currency (the “Order”). Following receipt of an Order, Expedier shall, decide if it is willing to take the Order and email next steps to Client. Expedier may at its absolute discretion refuse any Order or instructions given by the Client without giving any reason or being liable for any loss the Client suffers as a result of such refusal.

The Client shall pay by electronic funds transfer (or by such other means as agreed with Expedier in any particular case) in cleared funds into a financial account nominated by Expedier (the “Exchange Account”) the full value of the currency to be bought or purchased (including all applicable fees and charges if any) as detailed in the Verifcation and defined Exchange process by Expedier. Failure by the Client to make necessary payments shall relieve Expedier of any obligation to make any corresponding payment it may be required to make under the Contract.

The Client authorizes Expedier to use the financial information provided by the underlying exchange information provided by the Client for the completion of the Contract.

The Client represents to Expedier that, both at the date of acceptance by the Client of this agreement and at the time each Order is made and Contract is entered into and carried out:

• the Client is acting as principal for its own account and has full power and authority and has taken all necessary steps to enable it lawfully to enter into and perform this agreement;
• all sums paid to Expedier under the Contract belong to the Client and are not subject to any charge or other rights of third parties;
• all information supplied to Expedier by the Client is, or at the time it is supplied will be, accurate in all material respects and the Client will not omit or withhold any information which would make such information inaccurate in any material respect
• In the event that the information provided by the client is wrong and exchange services has been rendered, Expedier is not liable for refund. It's the Client's responsibility to pursue a refund, Expedier will support where necessary.

Expedier warrants that it abides with its privcy policy which can be found at https://www.expedier.co/privacy_policy. The Client consents to Expedier confirming its identity by matching information provided by client with publicly available sources such as credit file reports and other third-party sources if deemed necessary. Such verification will not have any affect on the Client’s credit score or be visible to other financial institutions.

The Client consents to the storing of this information for the purposes of identity verification.

This agreement and any relationship between Expedier and the Client shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

The parties confirm that it is their express wish that this agreement, as well as any other documents relating to this agreement, including notices, have been and shall be drawn up in the English language only.

Client has the right to close his/her account any time it deems necessary to stop transacting with Expedier.

License

Unless otherwise stated, Expedier and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Expedier. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Expedier for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• - Republish material from Expedier
• - Sell, rent or sub-license material from Expedier
• - Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Expedier
• - Redistribute content from Expedier

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Expedier does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Expedier,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Expedier shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

Expedier reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

• - You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;

You hereby grant Expedier a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

• - News organizations;
• - Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and

Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.
